Just got home from my mom's rehab center!

All the storms have moved off to the east. More dangerous than here because it is dark now.

Many areas and neighborhoods are destroyed by the line of tornadoes that move the Omaha area. I was one of the lucky ones. A well to do neighborhood 1 miles so west of our neighborhood lost almost everything. Elkhorn(suburb of Omaha) had much more damage in the Omaha vicinity.

Now to political side of things! President Biden called our governor and is sending help and is going to file a disaster declaration to get federal assistance to those affected by the storm.

That’s my President! Thank you Joe, even though I live in a GOBer filled state of fools!

We are across the border in NE Kansas. Very mild stuff today compared to you. Maybe more rough weather tomorrow. Imagine a President who wants to help citizens without asking us for our papers.

5. My wife and I just came up after 45 minutes in the basement in the Des Moines area.

Severe storms, with multiple tornadoes and funnel clouds. It appears a funnel cloud may have passed over our daughter’s house about 2 miles of us, although everybody is fine.

I’m not regretting the 4 grand we spent for tree removal and trimming earlier this month.
