Here's the video of the dinner., starting around 23 minutes you can see, Biden, O'Donnell and the comedian Colin Jost eating and communicating. In many cases Biden initiated the conversation. She, Jost and Biden also had 3 way conversations. I agree, she may not have eaten her whole dinner. She had the President sitting next to her and she had to MC the entire event. Not sure I could have eaten my entire dinner.
