On Presidential Immunity BS presentation

If such an argument truly did exist in law, no problem with President Biden arresting the current majority of the Supreme Court immediately. And then any contender for the office.
Using the same logic, President Biden the orders the immediate detainment of the republican representation of both the House and Senate.
Just a thought.

Can’t do his/her job without immunity from prosecution post presidency. We have 200+ years of evidence to the contrary. Conservatism is a cancer. MAGA is a virulent strain of the cancer. I am unapologetic at damning Conservatism.
