Pioneer natural resources is one of the largest independend oil companies.
exxon is buying them out and teh deal is closing tomorrow
teh FTC just blocked the head of pioneer from joining exxons board stating he was colluding with representatives of OPEC to reduce oil and gas output to increase prices at the pump and inflate Pioneer’s profits

if convicted he should be fined every last cent of his net worth. plus serve decades in prison.
maybe that will teach top corp execs a lesson not to crime
