Unemployment has been low for over two years now. President Joe Biden has created a whopping 15.3 million jobs. In contrast, Trump left office in disgrace with a negative job number. Negative. Trump was asked at the courthouse what he would do to create jobs; then he went off topic to talk about the border, among other things, none of which are job-related.

are taking American jobs away from his white Christian supporters. He thinks we are paying them welfare benefits from our taxes.

It's a very angry way to look at our country of immigrants and is based on a lot of mistruths. Sure people come to the US to try to escape violence and lack of opportunity in other places. But they also take jobs others don't want to do. I heard my small town friends complaining (as we were coming out of the pandemic) "no one wants to work" because there were so many openings. Of course people want to work. But we do have some issues with companies overpaying executives, underpaying line workers, etc.

The country is in a bad place right now with all the hate. Not everyone is a white male Christian, nor wants to be. Donald is not the one to lead us - all he does is try to fan the flames of hate. Plus it really does look like he's developing dementia. His family is not taking good care of him - my sister and I would be looking at senior living facilities if our father were presenting as he has lately.
