I think the whole country needs a redo. Israel at least changes leadership every now and again. Palestinians never change leadership or even ask to. Country needs a redo and not just Israel.

It's not like they have a steady population with permanent homes. Do the Palestinians in the West Bank get a vote? What about the ones displaced by settlers? Do they get a ballot? Where do they drop it off? Who gets to count the votes?

Are Gaza and the West Bank Israel?

And the Palestinians turning over all people that planned, executed, or profited from Oct. 7th

Anything else is an insult to those hostages killed and the victims of Oct 7th.

However, Hamas will never stop with their attacks as it is ingrained in their charter, so any ceasefire will probably be broken and we will go back to this again.

Israel gets attacked, Israelis die, the world offers tepid “how bad this is”. Israel retaliates, the world blames Israel, and protests against Israel will start up again.

Nobody blames the citizens of Israel, they blame the government and Netanyahu and his war cabinet.

Has Hamas turned over the ones that planned, did, or profited from Oct 7th?

WW1 could have been avoided if Serbia turned over the people in the Black Hand. They didn't and WW1 happened.

And if Hamass does release the tortured and mutilated bodies it will only inflame passions in Israel even more.

Hostages are the only thing keeping the IDF from finishing the necessary elimination of Hamass, they know it and the Hamass leaders cowering in Quater must know they'll be hunted down like the nazis after ww2 and the running dogs after the Munich Olympics in '72.

Why weren't these leaders hunted down like animals. We got Osama, it took awhile, but we got him. Nazi hunters got many of them and brought them to justice even though they were protected by other countries.
