2-1 decision. GWB/Trump in majority, GWB in dissent.

Circuit split over the federal felon firearm ban's constitutionality post-Bruen:
CA9 panel & CA3 en banc invalidated the ban as applied to those convicted of nonviolent felonies, while CA8, [CA10] and CA11 upheld the ban.
