He is the GOP. He runs the RNC so by what mechanism they replace him seems impossible. Trump delegates wont not vote for Trump. Convicted, in jail, they will lovd him more. Trump will appeal any conviction and will likely pay for the appeal with donor money. Lara will only leave to be VP pick. If that happens Eric or Jr would take over RNC money funnel. Trump will run and they can't stop him anymore.

For that amount a juror would be willing to risk 5 years for the felony.
