Why is Real Time With Bill Mahar on CNN?

I just ran across it and it’s halfway through. Is this the same one that was on HBO Friday? The set is different but there’s an audience.

What could they be thinking?

Had been watching parts of the whole thing on YouTube in past months, then the last few weeks it wasn't available except for clips of New Rules. Just found that the latest weeks are only for buying. Am not a groupie, monitor him like I did Tweety as mostly (not all) Opposition Research.
