Wildwood

TFG was in Wildwood, NJ last night. He allegedly drew a big crowd. A few things to point out:

1. Wildwood is in Ocean County, one of the reddest counties in the country.

2. People from northern NJ are at the shore anyway opening their beach houses for the start of summer in a couple weeks.

3. TFG just can’t stop lying - He said he could win NJ 😂😂😂 and that Phil Murphy (D), the governor, said NJ economy was never better than when he was president. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

TFG hurt New Jersey (along with NY, CA and CT) more than any president is history.

So many pickups with “Merican” flags and TFG flags hanging off houses. Not as many as 2016 and 2020 though.

I was wrong though - Wildwood is Cape May County, but most of the shore towns are very, very Republican.

One of them was a child beauty pageant. I read on twitter that parents were disturbed by the vulgar T-shirts and signs MAGAs were displaying around their children.

they were there for a "child beauty pageant"?

Those events are not exactly undisturbing themselves.

8. NJ has a weird demographic layout. Camden & a 15-mile wide band from Burlington to Jersey City is blue.

I live in Essex County (county seat is Newark) yet the suburbs are really red. Most of NJ is like that - blue cities with deep red pockets of suburbs.
