This is not a court of law.

This is the court of public opinion and it is wrong to entice people into committing crimes.

...because you want some heroin, that's a transaction whether you pay me or not. If you are caught with said heroin, saying someone gave it to you isn't a defense.

As with everything with the law, whether what he's doing is illegal may depend on several things, including the jurisdiction in which he lives. I would believe he's committing a fraud similar to if I sold you baking soda instead of the heroin you decided to buy from me, something that is illegal in some jurisdictions. But, regardless of the law, he's a piece of shit. And to have the temerity to admit something so ugly in a public forum shows how the cruelty of the MAGAts is a part of how they choose to live their lives.

18 U.S.C. 2.

Virtually every federal criminal statute has a hidden feature; primary offenders and even their most casual accomplices face equal punishment. This results from 18 U.S.C. 2, which visits the same consequences on anyone who orders or assists in the commission of a federal crime. Aiding and abetting means assisting in the commission of someone else’s crime. Section 2(a) demands that the defendant embrace the crime of another and consciously do something to contribute to its success. An accomplice must know the offense is afoot if he is to intentionally contribute to its success. While a completed offense is a prerequisite to conviction for aiding and abetting, the hands-on offender need be neither named nor convicted.

He got into trouble before he was even hired. One of the Generals fired him from his initial position in the Trump administration when he found out that McEntee did not qualify for a security clearance due to some financial malfeasance in his background. So, of course, Trump hired him as his personnel director to clean house per Trump’s direction. I vaguely remember the little twerp causing quite a bit of havoc, but the details escape me in the whirlwind of Trump shenanigans.

One last thing…McEntee convinced Peter Theil to give him money to found a conservative dating app for losers like himself. Every woman’s dream - a sadistic sociopath whose idea of fun is torturing the homeless. I can’t imagine that venture was successful.

Sun May 12, 2024, 11:44 PM
May 2024

In my small city, homeless people hang out at convenience stores like 7/11 late at night because they are open all night. It's a place to get warm or out of the rain.

A few days ago there were a couple guys hanging out in front of a 7/11 as I entered. It was early evening, but raining. They were sheltering underneath the overhang of the storefront. One of them showed me a Social Services cash/food stamp card and asked me to use it to buy some milk and cinnamon snack cakes for him. He said that the clerks would not accept it from him because it had a female name on it. I am female.

Well, it would have been illegal for me to use the card. Plus, what was he doing with someone else's card? So I said no and went inside. But then I thought, regardless of how he got the card, he was asking for a half gallon of milk and a snack. He was not asking for money or drugs.

So I bought the milk, cinnamon cakes, and a couple healthier snacks on my bank card and gave the bag to him when I came out of the store.

One of the clerks was outside on her break. I'm a regular at that store, so she asked why I gave the guy a bag. I said it was only milk and food. She thought I was a gullible old lady being conned. I said that he was just a hungry person and giving him food was not being conned. It was just being kind. And a lot more legal than his original request.

It is a game changer. You or somebody in your family needs food we will get you food.
End of story.

Now, some people will complain about the costs but this will make money for America,
help people @ work because they are not worried about their kids or some other family
member or friend needing something to eat, and it shows real kindness in helping people
make their lives better. Joe B. Is the best President of my lifetime and in part because he
has taken some real hurts in his life and had a father and his family who struggled with money
and employment as he was growing up.

Food is Medicine is a combination of HHS, the Department of Ag, Instacart, Feeding America,
the Rockefeller Foundation, and some other non governmental organizations. It will be results
driven. And speaking of results driven buying that man some milk and food was the right thing
to do because you will not miss the 5 or 10 dollars but for an hour or so the homeless person
could feel good and that is a good thing.
