At the invitation of the Speaker of the Israeli Knesset, Elise Stefanik makes a partisan political speech today attacking the President of the U.S. and praising Donald Trump. Apparently, the current government of Israel thinks this is the smart way forward.

spoke to international conferences. They were called names, like traitor, for disagreeing with Trump policies. Remember all the talk about the Logan Act ... which was from the 1700 hundreds and not used for centuries. Not to mention, no Democrat was NEGOTIATING or even suggesting they were.

The language of the law is clear. They would just appeal all the way to the SCROTUS, and Amy the Boney Carrot and the Fascist Five would let her off anyway.

The language of the law is not clear. Every DOJ in the last 225 years has thought the law to be unconstitutional. That is why there has never been a prosecution.

If no successful prosecution where there should be a functional law covering Logan Act violations, then the existing law and legal system provides cover rather than solutions.

Why is Logan Act ever mentioned?

If archaic, un-Constitutional, and unused, why is the Logan Act not repealed?

talking about U.S. policy. Professionals never mention it.

There are thousands of laws which are archaic, unconstitutional and unused on state and federal books. They don't get repealed because of inertia.

Republicans can go overseas and make partisan speeches as they see fit, of course.

Clown show.

I'm sure we'll see Andrea Mitchell hyperventilating and sniffing about the indignity of it all and the break from august tradition. Hahahahaha. Just kidding.

This is a supposed FUCKING "allie" inviting a fucking Nazi supporting asspickle (and despite her stupid attacks on college presidents supposed antisemitism), SHE'S A NAZI SUPPORTING MAGAT, to attack the President and political party that has saved their asses time and time again.

This would be like Churchill inviting an American Nazi party leader to attack FDR in the House of Commons in 1942.

Can't wait for the DU antisemitism police to support this shit.
