Presidential Immunity

Here's something the Supreme Court may decide. That according to the Constitution, only Congress can try a President for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
That ends the Documents case and the Georgia case.

2. Not so fast. The Georgia case is a state crime. Congress has nothing to do with it...

as DA Fani Willis has informed Rep. Gym Jordan about his attempt to interfere with her case against trump and his cabal. You might remember trump's call to Georgia Sec'y of State calling for him to find some 11k votes...slam dunk evidence of crime.

The Stormy trial will proceed. And unless he took some documents after his term, then he coasts.

11. It won't be presidential immunity. Even the SCOTUS six know better than that.

As it goes against everything the nation is founded on. No one is above the law.

In a sense they ARE giving him immunity until election time. Watch their decision coming in June. The decision will be, send it back to lower court. Wait until the VERY LAST MINUTE, then send it back. That's my prediction.

His maga t followers will vote for him but there's too much evidence, not to mention indictments, against him for a majority of voter to pull the lever for him.
