Jack Smith's office is asking a federal judge to place a gag order on Trump

Some news this Friday night: Jack Smith's office is asking a federal judge to place a gag order on Trump that would limit his ability to comment about law enforcement that searched his Mar-a-Lago resort. This after he and his allies exaggerated the "deadly force" authorization, which is standard and was also authorized during the Biden searches.

A recreation of The Alamo without incurring a causal response. I’m barely even joking.

with this judge. If she grants the motion, will Trump start screaming bloody murder about the "corrupt judge" and his free speech rights being taken away? And, if she rejects the motion, how will she frame it?

Good for Jack. I think almost all Trump's cases have gag orders on them now.
