(53,542 posts)And everyone knew it including President Biden. He's been on the receiving end of more than his fair share of political hit jobs. Experience counts.

Crooks and Liars is on our side - but if you get their newsletter and look at the ads therein, you might not know it. This one was in yesterday's newsletter, and it's far from the first time it has shown up.

If crap like this is even getting into these newsletter, I can't even imagine what the rest of the 'Net is like.

(9,225 posts)He's got a built in helmet. Standard equipment for dumb ass reporters.
And then he had the nerve to say to the President that he couldn't hear him and "could you approach?"
Can you imagine how someone could be more disrespectful than that to the POTUS?
His head is definitely up his ass.

(34,344 posts)It's taught in Communication and Persuasion classes and through some courses in FTF sales.
I'm not saying that our President took such classes. Quite to the contrary, it's possible but, he's inherently an excellent communicator.
He's a natural for a life of public service and his penchant for effective communication is just one of the many things he possesses that prove that.
But the Hot Potato is a taught technique and based on the premise that if someone tosses you something in the realm of a "hot" question, you toss one back.

(364 posts)It is long past time for liberals to stop being civil when asked stupid questions because we're the only party which allows questions anymore.
The media gets tough with Dems because they know we won't put a hit out on their careers or life so they try to earn their bones with us. Enough.
When Speaker Emerita Pelosi told Katie Tur "it must be your role to apologize for Trump" that was GREAT.
Enough!
NO media - you don't get to use us as your resume. Go harass Republicons to earn your bones and help us save American democracy.
