Lots of rephrasing of what was already out there. The AG has a lid on things and the defense team seems to have said their piece for now.

so the charges can be upgraded to 1st degree murder and that no shotgun has been found to back the perp's story of self-defense.

It's all over the local news here of course.

youths were all unarmed. The kid that was killed was sitting in a back seat.
