They haven't been secretive about it. On the contrary, they've been IN OUR FACES as to how they'll go about

installing a dictator
destroying Democracy
changing constitutional law,
radicalizing the judiciary
taking over Democrat run cities, sabotaging the vote in their favor (like they're doing in Texas as we speak), mandating far right"Christan" fundamentalism in schools,
outlawing Black studies,
banning books and censoring the internet,
criminalizing gay people,
outlawing all abortions and contraceptives,
mass deportations
militarizing police departments and granting them wholesale immunity, even from being video taped or recorded (like they're doing in Louisiana)
instituting stops and searches
cutting and rolling back assistance programs and so-called entitlements like Social Security, SNAPS, Medicaid, and Medicare
privatizing education at tax payers' expense
killing Affirmative Action and minority business grants
undermining environmental protections against polluters in oil and chemical industries
cutting green initiatives
undermining consumer protections
weakening NATO...

... and that's just off the top of my head, because they have FAR WORSE in mind.

And if reminding people of what's at stake this election is "talking down to them" then all I can say is heaven HELP us.

6. Thanks for the reply. This is just a quick list of

all the things we already know MAGA is currently working on or has planned. And you are correct, their SYCOPHANTS will worship it because "they think only "the libs" will be "owned" by these actions.

But I guess, for some, it's easier to deflect from these facts rather than acknowledge them.

it is written exactly as I wanted.

I didn't use "democratic run cities" because one can assume that most if not all cities in a democracy are (more or less) "democratic run cities," including those headed up by Republicans.

Besides, if I intended that use of the word, I would have written "democratically" run cities.

My intent was, cities run by Democrats (capital D). Thank you.

The right wing insults us by not using it correctly. For instance, they call us the Democrat party, not the Democratic party.

I guess that if enough decent Americans don't push back we'll all be witnessing the dismantling of a nation that Americans are not used to - being on the receiving end of a coup rather than the side doing the delivering.

I grew up in Cuba, and I'm well aware of the possibilities.
