Which means he will be able to vote unless he's actually in prison at the time.

In Florida, a felony conviction in another state makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida if the conviction would make the person ineligible to vote in the state where they were convicted. New York restricts the voting rights of people convicted of felonies only while they are incarcerated. So Trump could lose his voting rights if he's sentenced to prison time in NY. And he probably won't be.
