I do believe the Orange Turd "won" the election, but he also did it illegally. Suppressing information. And in a free Democracy (or even market) the consumers/voters should have access to all the information so they can make informed choices. This did not happen in 2016. He's a crook and a criminal. The judges he put on the Court will do irreparable damage to the nation.
