16. She's Flo, title character of a cartoon strip by WaPo editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes

Flo was a waitress at a Washington DC bar, and the bartender was the only other consistent cast member. It was an outlet for Telnes to make commentary on Washington in a form that didn't need to be as direct as her regular editorial cartoons. However, she put the strip on hiatus in early 2020, a bit before the COVID lockdowns.

I just use that one as a "happy dance" image.

It used to be on gocomics.com, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore.
