:I've never actually read anything on QAnon, so for argument's sake I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

It's possible that a few educated and otherwise-intelligent people are posting things on there. Maybe even someone with legal or medical knowledge who might throw around terms like HIPPA and such. It's possible that Empty Greene might have read something like that and retained it in her noggin for long enough to give her wise-ass answer to some reporter.

That's the extend of her "expertise."
