So poignant and through near-constant tears, I am so proud, yet crushed that so many Americans are so ignorant (or uncaring) about the sacrifices that day.

But, I will remember this year and those rare remaining veterans--and also the touching scene with Presidents Macron & Zelensky and the hero veteran they were greeting--overwhelmed with meeting the Ukrainian leader.
