I certainly can not even try to explain.

(44,738 posts)Which would require the unleashing of tax assessors. Gotta do it.
Which may give pause to fake religious zealots in all their pastoral splendor. Are we in this for the glory of god almighty or are we in it for the money? Goddamn meddling freaking liberals and their goddamn constitution. How can we praise the lord and not make a buck?

(23,727 posts)kids would look at the rainbows (while they should be listening to the teacher) and start dreaming about how
beautiful they are while past memories dance in their heads about standing in the colorful warmth of one's
starting & ending glory. And before you know it all grade school children will be walking around looking for
where rainbows start & stop like zombies and when they arrive there they'll lay down and soak up the rays
while listening to Jesus tell them they don't need the 10 suggestions, just love their neighbor as themselves
and that's good enough. Then they'll go back to school and destroy the 10 suggestions and then Rs will be
forced to raise taxes to replace them. It's a vicious cycle, best to keep rainbows out of classrooms before
we can't afford them anymore.

(688 posts)Forcing the putting up of religious commandments of a religion in a place of education is indoctrination whether you agree with them or not. A person's agreement with them in no way removes the indoctrination aspect.

(15,625 posts)The Ten Commandments represent a doctrine of authoritarianism.
I hope that answers your question, given the politicians involved.
