The Supreme Court rules that state officials can engage in a little corruption, as a treat.

Snyder vs US is the Republican justices’ latest decision weakening anti-corruption laws.

So, can we expect to see a tip jar at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles?

When they expect a tip, they just stonewall until you fork over. You don't pay, nothing happens.
