Was the tarantula Republican or Democratic?

A Republican candidate for county commission was harrass8ng a housemate to force her out. One of the things she did was throw a tarantula at the housemate. I am more concerned about animal abuse. Tarantulas are pretty calm and placid. Unlike Republicans.
