She thinks much of the freak out about Biden's debate is from white males, who are used to things being easier. Women and people of color are used to more obstacles and know how to cope. Assuming it is mostly white males who are "freaking out" (notice I said mostly), do you think that's the reason? I do see most people of color on MSNBC (even Michael Steele) trying to tamp down the panic.

Or are they the elites and above the voting squabblings of the masses?

(1,410 posts)Interesting observation though, when I see a freak out here I do picture a whiney old white man if I have no other knowledge of the poster.
From what I have read, Clare Mckaskill, Joy Reid, and Alex Wagner were freaking out while Lawrence ODonnell wasnt.
I think it comes down to people who are naturally fighters that can deal with issues on the fly compared to those who are a bit less able to manage when things go awry.
