Let's not mince words anymore, the nazis on the Supreme court ruled that a president has immunity for "official acts"

but left open what an "official act is", was. In other words, whether trying to overturn an election is an official act of the President, has not been determined.

You know darn well trump and his lawyers are going to argue that the election was "flawed", and he was just exercising his official presidential duties.

The only way we can save this country is voting straight Democratic and cleaning up ALL three branches of government. If that doesn't happen, the country will no longer a democracy, but ruled by autocrats.

That means those on the left and middle better forget their differences and unite for a single cause in November, saving Democracy.

Biden had his opportunity over a year ago to use his Executive powers to have Trump declared an enemy combatant for stealing top secrete materials and have him detained. He didn't and he won't now.

It isn't up to Joe Biden to enforce the law.

Nazis committed unspeakable atrocities, most infamously was the systemic murder of six million Jews. They also conducted brutal medical experiments, persecuted various minority groups and disabled individuals, and committed widespread war crimes, including massacres and mistreatment of prisoners.

Republicans are our political opponents, yet they are still out fellow Americans. We are no better than them when we follow them into the gutter. We also discount the atrocities of the actual Nazis by throwing this term around.

I don’t like what this decision means for Trump’s actions, but I will remained focused on highlighting his divisive character and failure to stop millions of COVID deaths. There is plenty to point out to undecided voters.

...for anyone who still believes in democracy in this country. This Court has said using the Justice Department, and therefore the IRS or any other executive branch department against anyone in this country is presumptively immune. So if should ever come to know the president has used the immense powers given to him to make your life a living hell, it would have to be proved such a thing was really criminal and not an official duty.

This Court is beyond an embarrassment. They are more dangerous than any politician.
