As justice Katanya Brown Jackson wrote in her dissent, it will be up to the Supreme Court to decide what is official and what is unofficial. The SC gave itself the power to make TSF a king.

the case is not dead, it will be up to the court to decide if his actions qualify as official acts (and news flash, Chutkin is not going to call those official acts).

Luttig has had a lot of bad takes and isn't someone I'd listen to, honestly. He was on the whole "the 14th amendment is self enforcing and doesn't even need a ruling" bandwagon.

The SC spelled it out that prosecutors cannot use TSF's motive, intent to prove that his acts were unofficial. WTF is that, that's how prosecutors win cases by showing the perp's motive/intent.
