Every election always was, but this is a "break glass" moment.
And, IMHO, Biden needs to be open to expanding the court.

The most important thing, is his re-election AND the house and senate.

when DUBYA was handed the presidency by edict of the conservative's SC. That taught them they could get away with it. All that followed since, predictable.
