He must declare the SCOTUS illegitimate and rogue for the manner in which some of its members have ignored their constitutional oath,

He must also use emergency powers to balance the court so that contrived rulings are the result of proper legal grounding.

He could also use executive orders to reverse the Roe destruction since it is based on other than US law and ignores precedent.

He might be advised on the illegitimate use of unsanctioned power by Opus Dei in election interference and perhaps pass laws to prevent a repeat and to nullify current unconstitutional law founded on religious arguments as unconstitutional.

When the USA was attacked on 9/11 it was considered an emergency and a plethora of legislation was passed in very short time.

What the ROGUE SCOTUS has done to constitutional law has also created an emergency situation. This is a ruling that trashes the legal system of the USA as it has existed since it was founded.

All that is needed to overcome this emergency and to save an Opos Dei is to use the superpowers that Dubya used because this SCOTUS ruling has created an existential crisis greater than 9/11
