So, if President Biden has unlimited power, and the executive branch is responsible for

enforcing SCOTUS decisions, could Biden decide NOT to enforce SCOTUS decisions?

I, dunno, Justice? Is that a verb? I thought verbs were the exclusive purview of the executive branch?

This is the stupidest part of destroying the system that affords you, your power and influence. (not to mention ensures the value of your gratuities)

...in Ex Parte Merryman. He did so because a rebellion was under way saying "should all other laws go unenforced to enforce this law."

Biden should in my opinion arrest Clarence Thomas for bribery and for perjury intaking an oath to defend the constitution, and Alito for treason. They should be held without bail. It would be an official act to defend the Constitution.

SCOTUS only said that when exercising the power they do have, presidents are immune from criminal prosecution.
