1. In one sentence, what is this case about? I can't figure it out

OK..It's AJ Delgado...who got pregnant by Jason Miller, who treated her like crap. Miller worked for Trump. She was always on TV promoting Trump and she was on the Trump campaign payroll. Then she got pregnant and Jason dumped her. Miller was married and his wife was also pregnant. She was hoping to get a permanent job at the WH, but she wasn't hired.



In December 2019, Delgado filed a lawsuit in federal court against the Trump transition team and specific officials based on allegations of pregnancy and sex discrimination.[19][20] In 2021, Delgado tweeted about the child support litigation and other issues related to their child. Jake Tapper later told Miller on Twitter, in a discussion about the Donald Trump feud with Brad Raffensberger, "and while I have your attention pay your child support", to which Miller tweeted back an accusation that Tapper is a "fake news pussy".[21]

The advisor who disclosed this information, given her integrity and honesty, to Plaintiff
was Jenna Ellis, Esq.. Ms. Ellis was not only a senior advisor but a senior legal advisor. She is an
attorney and is credible. She was a highly senior member of the Campaign and precisely in the
position to be privy to this information. It is also highly logical that Mr. Glassner would have
shared this information with Ms. Ellis in particular.
Will the Defendants still continue to claim there exists “no complaints” to provide to
Plaintiff, though they were ordered to provide such? Will their position be that Ms. Ellis fabricated this all in her mind? Will their position be that Mr. Glassner lied to Ms. Ellis (for no
apparent reason), or fabricated this all in his mind? Will their position continue to be that there is
no reason to depose Mr. Glassner?

She was dumped by the guy when she was pregnant (He was married). She thought she would get a job in the Trump WH administration, but she didn't. So, she is suing because she was discriminated against because she was pregnant and she was single and pregnant.

AJ Delgado is also an attorney herself. She likely would have been trying to overturn the election herself, if she had been hired by Trump. She likely knew Jenna Ellis and the whole cabal.

I can't open your link. But I found part of the lawsuit and realized it was AJ Delgado. Her and Kayleigh McEnany used to tag team each other on CNN during the 2016 campaign.

Jason Miller was gonna work with Sean Spicer but Miller left the WH to be with his wife and kids after he found out AJ was pregnant. (Miller's wife was also pregnant)

Some of the legal stuff might be when she fired her attorney because she couldn't afford an attorney anymore. She ended up representing herself.

Former Trump communications director Jason Miller is the father of former Trump aide A.J. Delgado's child, born in July, it was revealed Wednesday.

Delgado tweeted: "Dear friends: Beyond thrilled to share with you that I'm now the proud mother of a beautiful son (!), William!!! Born 7/10."

Miller, who is married to another woman, confirmed the birth of his and Delgado's child to Page Six on Wednesday.

Miller said in a statement, "My wife and I, along with our two daughters, are excited to welcome William into the world and into our family, and we appreciate the well wishes we've received from so many."

It was reported that Miller and Delgado have not talked since she revealed the news of her pregnancy and are communicating only through lawyers. Delgado later said, in response to Miller's statement, that it is "news to me" that Miller and his wife are excited to welcome her son into their family.

AJ is now anti-Trump because of what happened, but that's not part of the lawsuit. She just wasn't treated well as an single, pregnant woman and was discriminated against. She said Jason asked her to get an abortion. Stuff like that....

I haven't followed this enough to hear that she was raped. The AJ Delgado/Jason Miller thing hasn't exactly been on my radar. I remember in 2017, she said they were having an affair and she was dumped. After that I didn't follow the story. She recently changed her story. I'm not gonna go down a rabbit hole following this, cuz I've got a life. I know they went through a bunch of child custody/child support stuff. I was responding to an OP that supposedly against Trump himself, but the lawsuit is against his campaign. She was told that they didn't want a pregnant working at the WH. Trump's team supposedly settled for $1.2 million in 2017, but then didn't pay her. I think Miller is creepy and I personally don't see why anyone would have an affair with him.

It wouldn't be surprising for someone's understanding to develop in cases like this. There are still people who aren't aware that a drunk person cannot give consent. Not sure if that played a part in this very tangled story, though.

Former Trump Staffer Shares Texts Revealing Secret Payoffs

A.J. Delgado, a former staffer on Trump’s 2016 campaign, shared bombshell texts alleging that the campaign “settled multiple” gender discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuits. The texts, reportedly between Delgado and former Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis, came to light in new filings Delgado made as part of her ongoing discrimination lawsuit.

“Jenna, [between] us, do you know of anyone who complained of gender discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, or sexual harassment, in the 2020 campaign? Do you know if the 2020 campaign settled any lawsuits regarding such?” texts allegedly from Delgado ask. “Yes. Off record—Boris. The campaign settled multiple suits,” a text reply allegedly from Ellis reads. “Have your investigator subpoena Michael Glassner,” the texts advise, apparently referring to the Trump 2020 campaign strategist.

While the “Boris” named in the text exchange isn’t clear, it could be Boris Epshteyn, strategic adviser for Trump’s 2020 campaign. Forbes’s Zach Everson noted while alerting to the filing that Epshteyn was arrested in 2021 following numerous complaints of groping women at a club.

The text exchange follows earlier sworn declarations by Delgado asserting that Trump’s 2016 campaign repeatedly used middlemen to send hush money with the direct intention of obscuring discrimination settlements from the public and from the Federal Election Commission.

Then I found out it was AJ Delgado, so it gave some sort of direction, but now we know what the tweet is specifically about. AJ was looking to see if there were other recent cases of Trump staffers engaging in sexual harassment.
