I am in California, but after reading posts here about the GS interview,

Even though most thought President Biden did well, the impression I get was the focus was entirely on if he was up to the job, with insults embedded within the interview, such as asking him to take a cognitive test.

That is insulting and disrespectful.

I don’t see how Biden can stay in this race when the entire MSM is trying to force him out because they will never let this go until he is out.

This is the same lazy media who lied about the WMDs, and a million people died.

This is the same media who disparaged Hillary constantly in the 2016 campaign, by pushing the LIEthat the email investigation was reopened.

They gave free airtime to the swiftboat ads against Kerry.

When they ask Trump a question and he responds with a lie, why don’t they follow up on that?

I just don’t know how Joe can stay in this race

He can do it by continuing to meet with the people, face to face, gathering support. He can answer media questions with some humor and sarcasm, showing what biased fools they are.

Biden can stay in the race with grass roots support from the voters who believe in him, stand by him, and have his back.

Our job is to work our asses off for Joe as he does every day for us.

The ONLY way to stop this is to call every station, every senator, and every representative who has called for him to step down.

The republicans have always been run by their base. The democrats have always held their base at bay, and acted like we were a bunch of lepers. It's time to run the table. We need to make it clear to everyone who has been on this bandwagon to get Biden off the ticket to STFU.

Fri Jul 5, 2024, 10:03 PM
Jul 2024

if biden steps aside, they media will have a feeding frenzy about the old "democrats in disarray" and they will highlight the negatives of each and every plausible replacement candidate and that candidate will also have only a few months to build a campaign, a daunting task to say the least, especially with no early game in place.

and for those people who insist the media loves a "horserace", just watch. they will never to anything to prop up a democrat who is training in the polls.

already, case in point, biden is now trailing donnie, thanks to the media's entirely biased coverage of the debate.

so,... are they doing anything to tighten the "horserace" now?

hell no, they're piling on and hoping for a republican landslide.

it's what they do.

no, biden needs to stay. we all need to shift to an attack mode, stop playing defense. just say questions about his age have been asked and answered and now they need to ask donnie about his signs of dementia and his own freeze-ups and babbling incoherency, never mind his dictatorial aspirations and rapist and criminal rap sheet and open indictments.

one of the tricks of propaganda is to exaggerate the numbers involved.

think of donnie playing games with crowd sizes and net worth and so on.

they'll always be able to find a democrat or few who agree with just about any republican position, it's the nature of our party that we are rarely in 100% lockstep.

i think *most* democrats are behind biden and hugely anti-trump, but the media isn't interested in that narrative.

Say Joe steps down, and Kamala is chosen. They’ll badger her incessantly, too - ‘Do you really think a woman of color can win the Presidency?’, ‘Your tenure as VP has been really uninspiring. Why should we think you’re up to the job of President?’. It will never end. I don’t know how some of these people can live with themselves. We have to hope that Trump does or says something even more salaciously egregious than raping little girls. Then maybe the press will finally pay attention.

Hi John,
Your info is completely factual. I saw the whole
interview and I thought that President Biden
was very eloquent and knowledgeable in all
his replies and in all his back-and-forth with the
ABC’s interviewer Mr. G. S. Undoubtedly, the
Media’s confabulation against President Biden
It's real even on MSNBC.
Nowadays, I’m only watching Nicolle Wallace at
4:00 PM and Lawrence O'Donnell at 10:00 PM.
Those two MSNBC hosts are the only ones who
have been fair with President Biden. For not
disseminating the Nazi propaganda that the
Media has created to hurt President Biden.
Consequently, I’m boycotting the Media including most of the programs on MSNBC. Conceivably
and eventually, they will get the drift when their ratings go down.

I wish I could say that at age 80 I have the wisdom that comes with age, but screw that.

Joe Biden is our man. My daughter is a DC attorney who bills more per hour than many of us ever made in a month. She raises money for the DNC and the current Presidential campaign starting with Obama's first campaign when she brought in $4.5 million, she's up to $5 million for Joe.

The Biden campaign HAS ALREADY CONTRACTED FOR $2 BILLION IN CAMPAIGN EXPENDITURES. Ads have been produced or are in production, most of them are ripping Trump a new asshole. Air time is reserved. Appearances are scheduled, venues rented, and on and on and on.

For Biden to drop out now means that someone somewhere will have to come up with $2 billion, ads, venues, field organization, and . . . . . .

If you have $2 billion lying around along with all the rest of the campaign stuff, by god, have at it. Otherwise, STFD, STFU, and work your ass off for Biden.
