Joe is fighting back!

Biden’s determination to push back on his detractors who keep telling him to give up — give in — has made me admire him more. He is not just being stubborn and difficult. He is fighting for his presidency. He is fighting for his legacy. (He is not a quitter!) But most of all, he is fighting for those of us who believe he is up to the job and is fighting for every American who needs someone who is thinking of them!

The naysayers need to back off. Stand down. They have had their say. Let the man do what he knows how to do. He is not a newbie. He knows how to campaign. Most importantly, he knows how to defeat Donald tRump. Isn’t that what we want? A guy who can send tRump packing.

We need to rally behind Joe. Send him positive messages that let him know we have his back — now and in the future! Go Joe! All the way to victory in November!

1. The over 65 vote, an important demographic, will not take kindly to switching out their president because he's old

and I think I can say for certain that most people my age have seen friends and family slip away into dementia.

Joe doesn't show any of that.

TFG does.

And ageism pisses us off.

I agree. Biden seems fine. Trump doesn't. I still would like a more detailed answer to what happened before the debate, but I'm OK with Biden. The only hinge on that would be if it's shown he can't win. Someone I know who's been a political reporter says the tide is rising against him. I wonder what will happen now that Schiff says he should drop out.

because their bias, which allows them to keep a paycheck coming in, has been showing rather badly since the phony debate. He wants to think everybody is turning on Biden because he's been ordered to make it so.

The truth is a little more complicated, they're going to have to make people HATE Biden to vote against them. Looking at YouTubes of some of the hate speech at the RNC isn't going to do that, they all sound just as crazy as the CPAC crowd is because they've all been featuered there, too.

Nobody's got a reason to hate Biden, the best they can do is portray him as a slightly befuddled Grandpa. TFG will come off as a demented flame thrower. It's what he does.

I just hope Biden comes out in full Irish fury instead of putting people to sleep.; If he does, it will be good to have our convention second.

20. I agree with you about pundits. They've been terrible the last couple of weeks.

I think the problem is because there was no specifics on what happened the night of the debate. They're speculating on nothing. I think if Biden gave a clear indication -- apparently, I think, that all the travel overwhelmed him -- he'd be ok. However, the fact that Democrats are relaying doubt, including Obama, isn't helpful.

we the people don't give a shit about the cable big mouths..while they were going apoplectic over the optics of the debate, we saw a crude pathological liar throwing insults and threats like a baboon throwing poop..we saw moderators offering Trump a forum to spout his bullshit with no pushback or demand to stay on topic, and yet they demanded Joe, obviously suffering from a summer cold, do just that..

we know Joe is old, we know Joe is slow but we also know he's a good man and a great president, and we the people will give Joe a second term...

it will not be due to Biden remaining as our candidate. It will be due to the negative image being pushed by the "too old" naysayers.

We can win this with unified support for Biden. United we stand; divided we fall.

Let them know you support Biden and you are glad they do, too. Or tell them you expect them to do so if they haven’t. The stakes are too high to splinter.

I need to do it again now to let Joe know we have his back. He's done so much for the "little guy". The GOP does nothing for the people. They are only in it for themselves, corporations and billionaires.

I love that about our party. We actually care about the less fortunate - you know - the ones who weren't born with the silver spoon in their ugly orange anus mouth.

the preservation of an identifiable country after the 2024 election. Unlike the NYTs, Joe Biden does NOT view Democracy and our Republic's survival as a partisan issue.

He's fighting for women
He's fighting for voting rights
He's fighting for Unions
He's fighting for education
He's fighting for the environment
He's fighting for veterans
Etc., Etc., Etc. . . .

He's fighting for all Americans. He's fighting for us!

Which means?

It's our obligation (even if it's our own self-interest) to fight for him. NOW.
