What strikes me most is that it's the evening of the day after the House meeting and people are still coming out publicly. Drips can either be plugged or they turn into flooding.

6. Blumenauer is our Congressman. He is not running for re-election.

My husband is a now-retired city manager. Several years ago, he flew back to DC to lobby for his city. He said Blumenauer was a real jerk.
