(7,964 posts)I'm afraid the media and the anti-Biden Dems will sieze on one or two little gaffes and ignore the many, many other solid points he is making. In 55 years of following politics I don't think I've ever seen a feeding frenzy like he is experiencing aided, unfortunately, by members of his own party.

(13,384 posts)but he is soft spoken, for some stupid ridiculous reason they think a strong loud voice spoken by a crazy man saying idiot things sounds more in charge to them.
We need to change what people think the definition of strong and powerful is. It is not a loud dominant voice. It can be a firm but soft expressed word spoken with truth and valor. Makes me think of Buddhist leaders.

(2,795 posts)I saw him in person twice, back in 2007, and he knew everything about everything when it came to national and international policy. I was very impressed with how smart he was and is. That is the result of being smart to begin with, and then the experience on top of that, only 35 years in the Senate at that point. That is why Obama picked him as VP.
We are really lucky as a country we have somebody who is this qualified as president. He knows all the key players all over the world. He is the most qualified individual ever to be elected president.
