Something's to remember about the Tx. Power outage.
After the deadly freeze and subsequent deaths in Texas most if not all of the Electrical Reliability Commission of Texas retired and were replaced by Gov. Abbott. The commission had a leader from the utilities over the Flint Michigan water crisis stepped down. Abbott thought she was best choice to lead them. The latest batch which is in power right now includes an energy company insider.
So just to reiterate his first choice was a person who was over the biggest water health hazard in the country. His next was an electrical company insider that now has seen a massive failure of the Texas grid by a cat 1 then downgraded to a tropical storm that hit here. As a tropical storm it took out the cities of Conroe, Willis, Cleveland, and Splendora. Theres more but just mentioning a few that were affected by it after it dropped in strength from cat 1.
ERCOT needs to remove the reliability part out of their name. Maybe replace it with AEFC.
Abbotts electrical Failures Commission.
Even the company website I checked cant get it right. If you look at the wide view my power is on. But plug in the address and the whole area is out. My daughter looked at it and it shows power back on the 15th. When I do it I get the 14th. We sent each other screenshots to confirm the dates.
