DOW Hits All-Time Intraday High

Friday

American consumers are celebrating this afternoon after the DOW Jones topped 40,000, hitting 40,601.90, which is an all-time intraday high. The last time the DOW went above 40,000, was on May 20th.

Today's news comes one day after the Biden economy saw inflation fall for the first time since May 2020. The economy saw consumer prices fall in June for the first time since the early months of the pandemic, decreasing by 0.1% on a monthly basis. This helped reduce the annual inflation rate to 3% from 3.3% in May, contrary to economists' expectations of a 0.1% monthly increase and a 3.1% annual rise.

Yet Trump insists it's because of him.

If one of them takes out New Zealand's North Island, Trump will say it 's Biden's fault.
