By retelling an old joke: a man goes to work and is making his coffee, and his coworker says to him you look really upset, what’s the matter? The man replies, “I had a terrible Freudian slip this morning when I was talking to my wife.“ The coworker asks “What happened?“
The man says, I meant to say, “Please pass the sugar.“ The coworker asks, “Well what did you say? And the man replies, “I said ‘You ruined my life you fucking bitch’.”
These broadcasters who say “President Trump” rather than President Biden” have been conditioned by Orangina himself and the MAGA Motherfuckers that this bastard, this rapist, this thief, is STILL the President. I know this is going to sound weird but to a fair extent I attribute, I don’t blame, this in part to the hero-making of the villain as in Breaking Bad, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sopranos, The Sting, Dexter, and the like. There is a substantial portion of the populace who wants the criminal to get away with crimes. For me the most interesting example of that was in 1960’s Psycho wherein the killer is watching the deceased victim’s car, with her in the trunk, descending into quicksand/ swamp and all of a sudden…it stops and you see the fear in his face. In a moment it resumes sinking and both he AND THE AUDIENCE express relief that the plan to hide her body worked. It was typically brilliant Hitchcock directing.
Many of the correspondents and “experts” are talking as though Trump is destined to walk back into the White House and can’t disguise their excitement. It would be a bonanza for the news media and there woukd be continuous viewership along with continuous red chyrons at the bottom of the screen. “Just what we need”…😳🤮😢😔
