Rubio is seriously dumb.

Vance is pretty sharp, and much more savvy.

Rubio is just another boiler plate low wattage pol. Not particularly hateful, just a say what they want to hear type.

Vance is being set up to be next in line if Trump let's it happen. He is a bad dude, but more polished.
