I am convinced that there is a connection between Orban's visit to Moscow followed immediately by going to Mar a Lago followed by Vance's announcement as TSF's VP. I have seen it reported but not widely. Was Orban being a messenger boy for Putin?? I suspect so but would love to see some In depth follow-up reporting on this. Vance certainly tows the anti-Ukraine line of propaganda so it would certainly suit Moscow for him to be in a position of power.
