There are reports that 70,000 Russian troops have been killed or wounded in May and June, no problem for Putin.

Putin issued another draft, 150,000 Russians between the ages of 18 and 30. He raised the age to 30. I am guessing that the prisons in Russia must be empty. The Russian defense minister announced that the draft has been completed.
