Can someone more experienced than I start a poll on Biden?

I keep seeing all these "polls say Biden should step down," and I heartily disagree. I'm thinking it would do some good to have a poll here on the various options: 1) Biden stays, 2) Harris steps in instead, 3) Unknown Wunderkind steps in. I am vehemently in support of Biden as I suspect many of us are, and I think it might do a small bit of good to contact our dem reps and senators with our viewpoint and include a link to said poll here, as I consider DU to be a bastion of seasoned dems whose opinions should carry some weight. What do you all think?

Per the site's administrator:

https://www.democraticunderground.com/100219178597#post10

DU is open to Joe Biden stepping down. Members are permitted to discuss what might happen in the event that he chooses to do so.

DU is not open to Joe Biden being forced to step down. Members are not permitted to advocate for our nominee to be replaced.

The policy that DU members must support the nominee during general election season has been in place for the last 20 years and I see absolutely no reason to change it now. Once primary season had concluded, we did not allow Dean supporters to undermine John Kerry in 2004, we did not allow Hillary Clinton supporters to undermine Barack Obama in 2008, and we did not allow Bernie Sanders supporters to undermine Hillary Clinton in 2016.

We are not going to change the policy this year to accommodate "Anyone But Biden" Democrats who want undermine Joe Biden, for as long as he is the nominee.

This is not about a cult of personality. If Joe Biden is not the nominee, then DU will pivot to support whomever replaces him. I imagine quite a lot of people will be very upset if that happens, but defeating Trump is the priority.

However, until that happens, Joe Biden is the nominee, and as such, he is protected by longstanding DU policies.

Such a poll would be inviting people to break site rules.

I'm personally 100% behind Joe, but I'm trying to imagine a way to let TPTB know that he has our wholehearted support here, with a bit more weight than my lone letter to them. Sorry about the misstep.
