Maybe there are things afoot, that we don't understand?

What if the Democratic Leadership is not focused on the debate issue, but are concerned that Joe won't be sufficiently hard ass on the insurrectionists if he wins another term? Is it age or Joe's desire to compromise with these traitors? Schiff does not strike me as someone who would lead a movement to remove Joe Biden unless there is info that we are not aware of. If so, Schiff needs to explain his concerns.

...don't try to dress it up.

It's gaslighting people already on the edge, and it needs to stop here where we have people working as hard as they can to support our nominee.

4. Gaslighting at its best. For those that are angry, and rightly so, ask yourself, who's doing the gaslighting?

And is it working? It only works if you let it. One hint…it isn’t President Biden

We voted to re-elect President Biden…stay the course and throw the gaslighters to the curb!

I don't believe it's an age issue/poor debate motivation. If not, then it is something else that is compelling them to risk splitting the Party < 4 months from the election.

And I really agree that Dem leadership needs to explain themselves.
And they need to do it very soon.

We get a leak that so and so Dem leader is against Biden.
Then a few days later we get a confirmation.

Then the another high level leader, the same thing.

People are free to pay attention to it, or make excuses for it.

This is a classic psychological strategy to deliver bad news to the public.

However there has been no news about why or any details.

And time is running out. So the time line is shortening.
And damage is being done to the base.
You can see it right in front of you.

The Dem leadership is going to have to pull a rabbit out of their hat at the convention.

Leaders, without any defense being given.

Also, the damage of group-think that has everyone turning the "Donor Class" and the "Media" into Straw Men.

When you say, "there has been no news about why or any details", i think that is because that news (message) is too blunt, and it also likely that they believe the spreading of that news is unnecessary due to it being in the public domain to see for anyone that is taking a real interest. Perhaps they feel for those that are not taking a real interest, the timing of that 'news about why and any details' can be at a later point in time when there is no question about the outcome.

Many people are handling a true emergency and crisis in a less than optimal way.

Extremely emotional and counterproductive.

I just know I don't trust these "anonymous" accounts of what is going on behind the scenes as breathlessly reported by MSM right now. THE PTB wants to think that THEY are in control, but in reality, Pres. Joe Biden holds all the cards--as he should. Any suggestion otherwise is, I strongly suspect, someone's motivated attempt to manipulate us, the voters.

I don't think that Bill and Hillary Clinton (joined by prime donor Jeffrey Katzenberg) would have come out so vocally today in support of Biden if the matter was "settled" otherwise.
