Has anyone promoting that Joe Biden step aside thought about

creating a void (b/c Kamala Harris is not going to be considered) might allow Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to slip into the slot because nobody can decide on a replacement and time is running out?

A lot of horribles if Joe Biden is forced out.

the only thing that they are thinking about is money. I’ve seen nothing to make me believe otherwise.

But I think some Dem voters may be turned off and vote for him as a third party in November.

I think some voters (independents, never Trumpers, maybe even the youth) who might otherwise vote D could go in his direction.

If Biden withdraws, it'll be a brokered convention, if not Harris it'll be someone who gathered support over several ballots. We (Americans of both parties) did this for 100 years, it usually ended up being the guy (they've all been guys) who has connections and a faction with enough appeal to be a supportable alternative. that's not the guy who roots for Trump and polio.
