I'm very discouraged!
Let me throw thoroughly depressed in the mix.
The assassination attempt(that they're doing their damnedest to pin that on the Dems. It's working) just boosted the rapists popularity. This almost insures the election will be hair thin close. If it gets thrown to the Supremes you know what's gonna happen.
Shouldn't let this affect me but it does,

There were so many sources from so many directions more or less telling the same story. And I know Pelosi doesn't do something unless she knows she has the votes. That's her entire mythos.

But at the moment, honestly? I think this goes a lot better than we fear. I'm feeling more optimistic about things than I was even a few days ago. It will take a week or so for things to settle. I hope we don't have any serious convention tussle. If we don't, I think by September, Trump's in trouble.
