I expect Harris will get somewhat more turnout from Blacks and Asian's hopefully getting close to Obama's record numbers.
GA - Blacks are 31% of the population Asian 4.5% Total: Almost 36%
NC - Blacks are 19% of the population Asian 3% Total: 22%
Thoughts?

(13 posts)It will take betting odds a few days to digest and adjust for the new situation. Then readjust after the convention. Then once again to a lesser extent after the September debate.
It will take polls even longer to adjust.

(2,486 posts)Identity politics is a loser. We have to get away from that shit.
Biden was polling far ahead of Harris in SC before she dropped out. African American voters favored him, not her. The simplistic ideas of identity politics are nonsense.

(1,243 posts)Here in NC we are working hard to elect Democrats despite the gerrymandering that has taken place since 2010
Both Georgia and North Carolina both probably have a 50% female population, so I think Kamala has a good chance
