(41,357 posts)I live in PA and I'm quite happy with Shapiro, I hope he stays here a while longer. He's only been Governor for less than 2 years. Sooner or later he will probably take a run for the White House, but he's got time to build up his resume.
If you're looking at Dem Governors, JB Pritzker would be a smart choice. Kamala won't choose Gavin Newsom because they're both from California. She wouldn't choose Gov. Whitmer because ... 2 women? Never!
There are other worthy possibilities. I'd like to keep Shapiro here in Pennsylvania though.
