...or so I hear/read. I have no direct knowledge of such dimensions, nor do I have any desire to research this. Just a wild guess.
On Saturday, I was in the parking lot of a local shopping center. As I was walking to my vehicle, I heard a yelp of pain, followed by another, two seconds of silence, then urgent cries for help. I was two rows over, so I ran toward the source. I observed a man in obvious distress due to a generous pinch of back fat caught between door and frame. I instinctively tried the door handle but met resistance. I put all my azz into it and pulled so hard I broke the handle, but he was free. Pissed, he was, about his truck, but I just said, ‘we’ll call it even’, as I turned at strode away, chuckling out loud by the time I reached my car. Did I mention the Rump sticker on his truck?

Pea Coat lost a button after 50 years or nore. It's 99 degrees today, so I'll look up button replacement some other day. I was always horrible with button replacement.
