Kamala Is Fresh

One of the good things about this shorter window for the nomination process is that Kamala seems fresh and new and should remain so up until the General Election. The Europeans have much shorter campaign seasons than we do, and I think that this makes a lot of sense. Even if someone is a great candidate, after months and months of campaigning, we can get tired of anyone. Trump has been around for way too long and everyone is tired of him, except for his hard core base.

Kamala is the opposite. She is new and a breath of fresh air. I think it is now a fast sprint to November rather than a long distance marathon. And I think that this works to our advantage. Trump is tired and yesterday's news. Kamala has an energized campaign that will continue with momentum as she chooses her running mate. I am expecting the Democratic Convention in Chicago to be a high energy event that will create so much excitement and momentum for us. A big showcase that introduces Kamala to the nation with a big media event. So I think that this shorter time frame really benefits us a lot.

The Harris campaign is about positivity and the future whereas Trump is about doom and darkness and the past. The contrast is great and I like our chances in November.
